These terms govern your use of nyurban.net, operated by NY Urban Servicing Co. Inc. (“NY Urban”), which also operates as NY Urban Funding. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Information only. Site content, including deal examples, loan amounts and statistics, is general information about our past work. It is not an offer or commitment to lend, a rate quote or investment, legal or tax advice. Past transactions do not guarantee future results. Any financing is subject to underwriting, lender approval and a signed agreement.

2. Intellectual property. The site’s text, logos, photographs and design belong to NY Urban or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, scrape or republish them without written consent.

3. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit false or unlawful content.

4. Your submissions. Information you send us through the contact form is covered by our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry does not create a client or lender relationship.

5. No warranties. The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it is error-free, uninterrupted or current at every moment.

6. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, NY Urban Servicing Co. Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Hudson County, New Jersey.
