3. How we use it. To reply to your inquiry and discuss financing; to run and improve the website; to keep the site secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (for example website hosting, analytics and email providers), with lender or advisory partners when you ask us to pursue a financing with them, and when the law requires it. These providers may only use the information to serve us.

7. Security and retention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission is completely secure. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our business and legal records, then delete them.

8. Children. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
